| Abstract: | Treating the police preferentially" is a strategic measure in public security rank construction. Shanghai public security organ regards"treating the police preferentially" as the central task of rank construction, beginning with optimizing the law enforcement of the police, improving the working environment of the police and perfecting the living surrounding of the police so as to put the concrete measure of "treating the police preferentially" into practice. |
