| Abstract: | The establishment of the lesson-"Basical Theory of legal science" must be reformed, and it is directed to bedivided in to two lessons: "Introduction to legal Science", to be established at the first grade, and"Jurisprudence", be es-tablished at the senior grade, The former is to introduce the basical knowledge of law and legal science, and the latter willintroduce the general principle of law, including the general theory of the legalized country. |
