| 摘 要： | 坚定正确的理想信念是中国共产党加强自身建设、推进事业发展的强大精神动力。世情国情党情的深刻变化，要求党着眼于价值观演变的内在逻辑和党员理想信念教育的现实要求和实践条件，完善理想信念教育环境，形成共产主义理想和社会主义共同理想的内化机制，保障核心价值体系和党的宗旨落实在党员思想建设的具体环节。
