关于列宁的新经济政策理论—评季诺维也夫对列宁主义的阐释

列宁逝世后,季诺维也夫正确地理解和阐释了新经济政策时期列宁关于战略退却的思想,认识到所谓战略退却不是简单地消除战时共产主义的极端行为,不是从战时共产主义退向社会主义,而是退向无产阶级国家中的特殊的“国家资本主义”。关于列宁工农经济联盟的思想,季诺维也夫认为在国内战争时期无产阶级与农民之间的联盟只具有最初步的形式,是所谓粗陋的联盟或者说是“军事联盟”,战争结束后,列宁主张只有建立工农之间的经济联盟,才能实现真正的工农联盟和巩固无产阶级专政。他还正确地阐释了列宁关于利用国家资本主义恢复国民经济的思想和新形势下社会主义与资本主义“谁战胜谁”的阶级路线思想。

On Lenin's Theory Concerning New Economic Policy--Comments on Jinovyef's explanations of Leninism

After Lenin's death,Jinovyef succeeded in a correct understanding and explanation of Lenin's thinking on strategic retreat during the period of new economic policy, realizing that the so-called strategic retreat is neither merely an elimination of the extremist behavior of communism during the war,nor is it a retreat to socialism from the communism during the war,but a retreat to a special period of "state capitalism" of the proletarian state. As for Lenin's thinking on the alliance of industrial and agricultural economy,Jinovyef is also of the opinion that the alliance of the proletariat and the peasants during the domestic war is just one in its primary form. It is just a crude alliance of "military alliance". After the war,Lenin advocated that real alliance of the workers and peasants can be realized and proletariat dictatorship consolidated only by the establishment of the worker-peasant alliance. He also rendered us a correct explanation of Lenin's thinking concerning the restoration of national economy with the help of state capitalism and the thinking about " who will defeat whom" in the struggle between the two lines of socialism and capitalism under the new situations.
