| 摘 要： | 本文通过研究西方均势理论、均势实践、美国当前的均势布局大棋局的理论和现实,认为美国的霸权是建立在其均势全球化布局之上的。这种霸权维护着国际经济和国际政治的不公正秩序。在此基础上,分析了大国在均势中崛起时应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | Based on a study of the western theory of balance of power,the practice of balance of power,and the reality of American theory of The Grand Chessboard,this paper holds that American hegemony is based on a worldwide balance of power,therefore maintains the unfair order of international economy and politics.Moreover,the author raises some problems paid attention to by rising powers. |
