COMPARISON BETWEEN THE TWO METHODS FOR CONTENT DETERMINATION OF TOTAL ALKALOIDS IN TONKIN SOPHORA ROOT |

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the two methods of content determination for total alkaloids in Tonkin Sophora root. Method: Acid base titration and colorimetric method of acid dye were used. Result: The results of the two methods showed no difference. Conclusion: Either of the two methods can be selected for extracting technology study of Tonkin Sophora root. |
