大孔吸附树脂纯化番石榴叶总皂苷的工艺研究

摘    要:目的:研究SA 1型大孔吸附树脂吸附提取番石榴叶总皂苷的工艺条件及参数.方法:以番石榴叶总皂苷为考察指标,研究树脂吸附容量、洗脱溶媒及其用量等工艺条件.结果:通过SA 1型大孔树脂吸附后,先经3倍BV(床体积)水洗,再以800 ml/L乙醇为洗脱溶媒.4倍BV洗脱效果最佳,总皂苷纯度可达55.3%.结论:此法能较好地分离纯化番石榴叶总皂苷,是简便、可行的提取方法.

Purification Process of Total Saponin ofPsidium Guajava L. with SA-1 Macroreticular Resin

Abstract:Objective:To study the technological parameters of purification of Psidium Guajava L. with SA-1 macroreticular resin.Methods:The absorptive capacity,elution dissolvant and its volume were studied through a lot of experiments using the content of total saponins of Psidium Guajava L. as index. Results: It was firstly washed with 3 times of bed volume (BV) of distilled water,then eluted with 4 BV of 800 ml/L ethanol after macroreticular resin absorbing. The effect of elution with 4 BV of dissolvent was the most, and the purity of total saponins of Psidium Guajava L. was up to 55.3%.Conclusion:This method is feasible and simple, and it can be used for absorbing and purifying the total saponins of Psidium Guajava L..
