| 摘 要： | 目的:测定瓜蒌皮中多糖含量,为瓜蒌皮的临床合理应用和质量评价提供科学依据.方法:以葡萄糖作为对照品,采用苯酚-硫酸比色法,在490 nm处测定多糖含量.结果:不同产地瓜蒌皮多糖含量差异不显著.结论:该测定方法操作简单,重复性好,结果准确可靠,可用于瓜蒌皮多糖的含量测定.

Content Determination of Polysaccharides in Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim from Different Areas |

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the content of polysaccharides in Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim from different areas.Methods: Glucose was employed as standard in the preparation of calibration curve,Polysaccharides in Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim from different areas was determined with phenol-sulfuric acid chromatometry at the wavelength of 490 nm.Results:The contents of Polysaccharides in Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim from different areas were not remarkably different.Conclusion: This method is simple and reproducible.The results is accurate,reliable and suitable to determine the content of polysaccharides in Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim from different areas. |
