补肾颗粒延缓衰老作用研究

摘    要:目的:研究补肾颗粒延缓衰老作用。方法:大鼠、小鼠以D—半乳糖皮下注射50d复制模型成亚急性衰老模型动物,观察灌胃给予补肾颗粒对亚急性衰老模型小鼠的耐低氧、抗疲劳、学习记忆能力的影响及对模型大鼠血清自由基指标的影响。结果:补肾颗粒可显著延长模型小鼠的耐低氧时间和游泳时间,显著延长跳台试验触电潜伏期、减少错误反应次数,显著升高模型大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶活力水平、降低血清丙二醛含量。结论:补肾颗粒具有显著延缓衰老作用,其作用机制可能与其清除自由基有关。

Study on Anti-aging Effect of Bushen Granule

Abstract:Objective: To study the anti-aging effect of Bushen Granule. Method: Using the D-galactose s.c. induced aging model animals to observe the effect of Bushen Granule on hypoxia-resisting, swimming time, learning and memory function in mice, SOD and MDA concentration in serum of rats. Result: The Bushen Granule could significantly prolong the hypoxia-resisting time and swimming time. The electric shock latent period in step-down test was lengthened and the wrong reaction number was reduced. It could also significantly raise the activity of SOD and decrease the concentration of MDA in serum of rats. Conclusion: Busheng Granule had remarkable anti-aging effect due to its ability of scavenge free radicals.
