基层公安机关参与社区风险治理新模式研究

社区是党和政府联系和服务群众的“最后一公里”,防范社区风险是维护社会稳定的重要抓手。基层公安机关是社区风险治理重要的参与者。基层公安机关要积极采用现代化社区警务模式,同其他部门协调配合,坚持重心下移、力量下沉、保障下倾原则,坚持法治保障、科技支撑,形成创新性社区网格化管理模式,更好地将风险化解在源头。

Research on the new model of grassroots public security organs’participating in community risk governance

The community is the“last mile”for the party and the government to contact and serve the masses.Preventing community risks is an important starting point for maintaining social stability.Grassroots public security organs are important participants in community risk management.Grassroots public security organs must actively adopt a modern community policing model,coordinate and cooperate with other departments,adhere to the principles of lowering the center of gravity,sinking forces and downdipping guarantee,adhere to the rule of law and scientific and technological support,and form an innovative community grid management model,to better resolve the risk at the source.
