麻黄碱的膜法萃取

目的：从麻黄水提液中萃取分离麻黄碱，方法：采用膜分离方法。结果：小于8h麻黄水提液的膜分离液为一无色溶液，经纸层析实验表明该溶液几乎为纯净的麻黄碱溶液，8h以后的分离液是一个三组分溶液，本膜不存在污染问题，结论：膜萃取法可分离出较为纯净的麻黄碱。

EXTRACTION OF EPHEDRINE BY MEMBRANE METHOD

Objective:To extract ephedrine from the water extract of ephedra herba.Method:Separation by membrane method. Result:A colourless ephedrine aqueous solution was obtained when extraction time was less than 8 hours.This solution proved to be almost pure one of ephedrine by using paper chromatography method; while a three constitution solution was obtained when more than 8 hours. Conclusion:Net ephedrine can be obtained by membrane extraction.
