两种配方高脂饲料致高脂血症大鼠的证候比较

摘    要:目的:比较两种配方高脂饲料致高脂血症大鼠模型的证候特点.方法:根据喂饲高脂饲料配方的不同,将大鼠分为高脂血症1组(B1),喂饲单纯高脂饲料;高脂血症2组(C1),喂饲高蛋白加高脂饲料.同步检测饮水,摄食,体质量,抓力,腋温,爪、尾显微放大拍照及图像处理得到r值,旷场水平跨格数和垂直站立数,计量辨证其气盛衰度、阴盛衰度、阳热程度及痰湿程度,对两组证候及其演变进行比较.结果:模型复制第42天,模型大鼠血胆固醇升高,但升高幅度不大;三酰甘油不升反降.在证候方面,两组没有出现痰湿证.C1组在饮食量、气和阴精盛衰程度,以及痰湿证候表现、血脂水平等方面均优于B1组.结论:喂饲高脂饲料可形成稳定的高脂血症大鼠模型,其方法还需要探索.高脂饲料中蛋白质含量的高低,对大鼠证候存在一定的影响.

Comparison between Syndromes in Hyperlipemia Rats Fed with Two Fat-rich Diets

Abstract:Objective:To compare the characterisitcs of syndrome in hyperlipemia rats fed with two different fat-rich diets.Methods:Thirty rats were randomly divided into normal group(A1) fed with normal diet,hyperlipemia group 1(B1) fed with pure fat-rich diet,hyperlipemia group 2(C1) fed with fat-rich and protein-rich diet.The water and food intake,body weight,grasp force,axillary temperature,r values of claw and tail photo under microscope after image manipulation as well as numbers of striding over field horizontal grid and vertically standing were synchronously determined.The excess or deficiency of qi and yin,the degree of yang heat syndrome and phlegm and dampness syndrome were quantitatively measured on the basis of syndrome differentiation.The syndromes and its development of two model groups were compared.Results:The serum level of cholesterol of two model groups increased to some extent 42 days after hyperlipemia models were induced,while the level of triacylglycerol decreased to some degree.The syndrome of phlegm and dampness did not appear in two model groups.The indexes such as food intake,the excess or deficiency of qi and yin,the manifestation of phlegm and dampness syndrome as well as the level of blood lipids in group C1 were better than those of group B1.Conclusion:A stable hyperlipemia rat model could be induced by the administration of fat-rich diets,but this method remains to be further explored.The content of protein in fat-rich diet invariably influences the syndrome of hyperlipemia rats.
