干燥方法对白芷醇提物有效成分的影响

摘    要:目的:考察常压干燥、减压干燥、冷冻干燥、微波干燥4种方法对白芷醇提物中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素含量的影响. 方法:采用HPLC测定白芷醇提物中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的含量. 结果:各方法干燥后白芷醇提物中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素含量高低依次是白芷醇提液>冷冻干燥品>减压干燥品>常压干燥品>微波干燥品. 结论:冷冻干燥法白芷醇提物欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的损失最小,优于其他方法.

The Influences of Different Drying Methods on the Contents of Imperatorin and Isoimperatorin in Extracts of Angelica dahurica

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the influences of different drying methods on the contents of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in alcohol extracts of Angelica dahurica.Methods: A method of HPLC was employed to determine the contents of various drying samples.Results: The contents of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in various drying samples are ordered as extraction>freezing drying samples>depression drying samples>ordinary pressure drying samples>microwave drying samples.Conclusion: Freezing drying makes the losses of imperatorin and isoimperatorin lowest and excels others.
