| 摘 要： | 目的：提取并测定芦根中甾族化合物的成分和相对含量。方法：采用气相色谱．飞行时间质谱法进行测定分析。结果：芦根提取物中含有4种甾体化合物。结论：该鉴定方法对药物成分的结构分析和临床用药具有指导意义。 |

GC-TOFMS Identification of Steroids in Rhizoma Phragmitis |

| Abstract: | Objective: To extract and determine the compositions and relative amount of steride in Rhizoma Phragmitis. Method: The gas chromatography time of flight mass spectrography(GC TOFMS) was employed. Result: Four steroids (1,2,3,4) were found in the extracts of Rhizoma Phragmitis. Conclusion: This work has guiding significances for structural analysis of components and clinically choosing medicine. |
