贞芪益肾颗粒治疗慢性肾炎气阴两虚兼湿热证疗效观察

目的 :观察贞芪益肾颗粒治疗慢性肾小球肾炎气阴两虚兼湿热证的疗效。方法 :采用随机、双盲双模拟、对照方法 ,治疗组 2 8例患者服用贞芪益肾颗粒加空白模拟片 ,对照组 2 6例患者服用肾炎康复片加空白模拟颗粒。观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分值、尿蛋白及尿红细胞的变化情况。结果 :治疗组临床总有效率为 82 .1% ,尿蛋白总有效率为 85 .7% ;对照组均为 6 5 .4 % ,治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组尿红细胞总有效率为 6 8.8% ,对照组为 6 1.5 % ,两组疗效比较 ,差异无显著性。两组患者中医证候积分值治疗后均明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,且治疗组较对照组下降更为明显 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :贞芪益肾颗粒能明显改善慢性肾小球肾炎气阴两虚兼湿热证的临床表现 ,降低尿中蛋白和红细胞数量

Therapeutic Effect of Zhenqi Yishen Granule in Treating Chronic Glomerulonephritis with Deficiency of Both Qi and Yin Complicated by Damp and Heat Syndrome

Objective:To observe the curative efficacy of Zhenqi Yishen Granule (ZQYSG) for deficiency of both Qi and Yin complicated by damp and heat syndrome (DQYDHS)of chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN). Method:The randomized,double-blind,double-imitated and controlled trial was used.Twenty-eight cases in treatment group were treated with ZQYSG and blank imitated tablet, and 26 cases in control group with Shenyan Kangfu Tablet and blank imitated granule. Result: The total effective rate of CGN was 82.1%,and that of albuminuria was 85.7% in treatment group,but both of them were 65.4% in control group,so the curative effect was better than that in control group. The total effective rate of urinate erythrocyte was 68.8% in treatment group but 61.5% in control group, there was no significant difference between two groups. The scores of TCM syndrome was significantly decreased (P<0.01) in both groups, meanwhile the index in treatment group was significantly improved than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: ZQYSG can markedly improve the clinical manifestations of chronic glomerulonephritis with DQYDHS,decrease the quantity of albuminuria and urinate erythrocyte.
