| Abstract: | The pathogenesis of aged rheumatoid arthritis(ARA) is characterized by disharmony between Yin qi and Wei qi,the invasion of pathogenic factors,deficiency of both Qi and blood,the insufficiency of both liver and kidney,accumulation of pathogenic dampness,co obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis.The differentiation treatment should lay emphasis on both strengthening vital Qi and removing pathogenic factors.The concrete therapy are as follows:Harmonizing the Yin qi and Wei qi,removing endogenous pathogenic factors,be nefiting vital Qi and nourishing blood,invigorating the liver and kidney,sthengthening the spleen and reducing phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in the collaterals.At the same time,precaution,nursing and rehabilitation should be emphasized. |
