| 摘 要： | 国家伦理是一个十分重要的学术概念,具有不可替代性。它是指一个国家作为一个现实存在的实体所具备的道德性,具有国际和国内两个维度。国家伦理与公共伦理、政治家伦理、共同价值观等概念有本质区别。按照不同的划分标准,可以对国家伦理进行分类研究,而分类研究必将有助于推动国家伦理的深入和拓展。

| Abstract: | State ethics is a very important and inevitable academic concept.It is the ethics norm that one country should follow as an entity,which has internal and external dimensions.Different from public ethics,politician ethics and the common value essentially,state ethics could be studied classified according to different criteria,which will promote the state ethics studied profoundly and extensively. |
