| 摘 要： | 目前,检察机关开展诉讼监督工作时,由于诉讼监督意识不强、机制不健全诸因素的制约,影响到其职能的正常发挥。应从完善诉讼监督方面的立法和司法解释,理顺诉讼监督的外部关系,重构科学的诉讼监督考核机制等方面着手强化检察机关诉讼监督权。

| Abstract: | At present,when procuratorial organs carry out supervision on litigation,their function cannot be exerted normally for being restricted by weak litigation sense and inadequate mechanisms,etc.Supervision right on litigation should be strengthened through improving legislation and judicial interpretation of legal supervision,rationalizing the external relationship of legal supervision,and reconstructing scientific assessment mechanism of legal supervision,etc. |
