| 摘 要： | 随着经济的发展,人们在经济交往中使用信用卡成为一种日常行为,但有些人在透支信用卡后经发卡行催收仍不归还,透支时具有非法占有的目的,透支后产生非法占有的目的等能否认定为恶意透支,文章对此进行了分析探讨。

| Abstract: | With the development of economics,it is a common behavior for people to use credit card in economic exchange.However,there is someone who does not pay back the money after overdrawing credit card despite the bank＇s reminding and their overdrawing has a purpose of iuegal possession.The article analyzes whether overdraft with the purpose of illegal possession can be identified as malicious overdraft. |
