简论发展能力的内涵

发展时代的核心是主体的发展能力。在全球化竞争的新时代,无论个人、团体、企业还是政府,发展能力都是其发展的核心因素。发展能力的内涵包括主体的学习能力、创新能力、交往能力三个方面,其中学习能力是基础,创新能力是核心,交往能力是前提。建设创新型国家要从学习能力的提升和转型入手,强化主体的创新能力,促进和优化交往能力,全面提高整个社会的科学发展能力。
