| Abstract: | It is feasible for procuratorate to bring public interest litigation in state-owned assets in theory.This system should be designed according to the prosecution scope,the condition of prosecution,the burden of proof,the limitation of actions,the cost of litigation,etc.,so as to prevent the loss of state assets to the maximum extent. |
