时空压缩中传统与现代因素的并存——社会心理学视野下的青年科技工作者婚恋观

通过问卷调查，发现青年科技工作者对于缔结婚姻标准的判断上呈现出情感取向的至上性；对于多种婚恋现象的认知上，表现为对传统婚恋原则的坚守之保守性、对现代婚恋现象的适应之开放性、对多元婚恋现象的感知之混合性的特征；对于离婚率攀升的思考则呈现出道德标准的宽松性。宏观上社会转型时期出现的价值观困境、中观上科技工作者社会地位所具有的特殊性、微观上职业环境及其形成的特定职业性格是青年科技工作者婚恋观中“混搭”倾向的主要原因。

The Coexistence of Traditional and Modern Factors in Time-Space Compression——The Love and Marriage Views of Young Science and Technology Workers in Perspective of Social Psychology

In a questionnaire,young science and technology workers put first position of emotion in mate selection;show mixed characteristics of conservativeness in traditional marriage principles,openness in adaption of modern love and marriage situation,and mixed perception in pluralistic love views;and show loose moral standards in thinking the rising of divorce rate.The value dilemma of social transition period in macro,the particularity of social status of the science and technology workers in meso,and the occupational environment and specific professional personality in micro is the main reasons which cause the mixed tendency in the love and marriage view of young science and technology workers.
