| 摘 要： | 2001年我国《婚姻法》修正案对离婚设立了三项救济制度,即离婚损害赔偿、家务劳动补偿和经济帮助制度。进一步完善我国离婚救济制度,既能排除婚姻当事人因离婚而陷入生活困难的后顾之忧,保障离婚自由,又能真正实现法律的公平正义。

| Abstract: | In 2001, amendments to China's Marriage Law were made, establishing a relief system in three categories on divorce, namely, divorce indemnity, compensation for housework and economic remedy.Further improving the relief system in our country will make it possible to keep relevant parties from financial difficulties after divorce, to assure them the freedom to divorce and to realize legal equality and justice. |
