| 摘 要： | 在诉讼程序的改革中,应对公民的诉权予以充分关注,排除诉权行使过程中的法律和事实障碍,建立和完善纠纷的多元化解决机制,把市场经济条件下不同社会主体的利益需求纳入法制化的理性轨道,使诉权保障成为司法"接近正义"的路径,从而使社会更加和谐。

| Abstract: | The harmonious society is a society under the rule of law.During the reform of civil litigation procedure,we should pay great attention to the citizen's right of indictment and eliminating its obstacles.Meanwhile,we should establish and improve the systems of problem resolving and put the various utilities' benefits into the rule of law.All that we have done and we will do is to protect the right of indictment.Only in this way can we accelerate the birth of the harmonious society. |
