| 摘 要： | 绑架是一种严重危害社会的行为,随着经济的发展,以勒索财物为目的的绑架案件又出现了一些新特点。在绑架案件侦查中应该以确保人质生命安全为前提,一方面要积极寻找被绑架者下落,男一方面要及时确定作案人。侦查机关应当做好出警和前期处置工作,确定合理的侦查范围和侦查途径,及时抓获犯罪嫌疑人,解救被绑架者。

| Abstract: | Kidnapping is a kind of crime that severely endangers the society. With the development of economy, the case of kidnapping for extortion of money takes on some new characters. In investigation, the safety of the hostage should be put first. It is of equal importance both to track down the kidnappee and to determine the suspect. Investigational organs should make good preparations and reasonable plans to seize the suspect and rescue the kidnappee. |
