外资企业社会责任的缺失及解决对策

一些外资企业进入我国后,漠视社会责任甚至做出违背社会责任理念和道德准则的事情。出现这些问题的原因,既有我国有关立法不完善,也有某些地方官员对引进外资企业存在认识误区等。治理外资企业逃避社会责任,要采取严厉打击外资企业的行贿行为,加强对外资企业的社会责任的监督,建立社会责任评价体系,加大反避税力度,完善各项相关的立法,发挥工会保障劳动者权益作用等多方面措施。

Absence of Social Responsibilities of Foreign-capital Enterprises and Countermeasures

Since some foreign-capital enterprises come into our country,they have acted in disregard of social responsibilities and even against conception of social responsibilities and moral principles.These problems may be accounted for by the imperfection of our legislation,and the misunderstanding of some local officials in introducing foreign-capital enterprises.In order to control the problem that some foreign-capital enterprises evade social responsibilities,we should take severe measures to fight against bribery by foreign-capital enterprises,to strengthen supervision on their social responsibilities,to establish evaluation system of social responsibilities,to promote the fighting against evading taxes,to improve legislation concerned,and to bring into play the trade union's protection of laborers' rights and interests.
