| 摘 要： | 近年来,人民警察执法受阻,甚至遭受暴力袭击的新闻不绝于耳,这一现象大有愈演愈烈之势。如何保护人民警察的执法权益、维护国家法律权威已经成为业界探讨的焦点。笔者试从明晰人民警察执法权益的含义入手,分析问题产生的根源,进而阐述解决问题的方法。
