| 摘 要： | 加强社会诚信建设,已成为全社会的共同要求。以诉讼诚信体系建设为视角,结审判实践阐释"诚"与"信"的哲学内涵,分析社会诚信缺失的现实困境,论述司法参与社会诚信建设的价值意义,分析北京市东城区人民法院"诚信工程"实践,探索人民法院参与社会诚信建设的实践路径。
