近年来,农村涉爆犯罪突出,给人民生命财产、社会公共安全造成严重的危害,对构建社会主义和谐社会造成极大的影响。通过对当前农村涉爆犯罪个案和总体分析,探讨引发这类案件的原因,针对这些情况,提出积极疏导化解纠纷、矛盾,活跃农村文化生活,加强法制宣传教育;对民爆器材实施“封闭管理”;注重涉爆犯罪信息收集,严厉打击涉爆犯罪,维护农村社会稳定。
