| 摘 要： | 针对我国农业企业道德文化缺失的现状,从引导农业企业道德文化建设和发展的精神理念入手,探讨了培养和加强社会责任感、诚信意识、服务意识以及奉献精神对于构建优秀的企业道德文化的重要作用,并提出了具体的方法措施,为建设农业企业道德文化体系提供理论指导。

| Abstract: | According to the the shortage of moral culture for agricultural enterprises,this paper from the aspects of spiritual concept analyzed the role,the importance and the concrete measures of the core Spiritual Concept to build excellent corporate moral culture,inchuding the sense of social responsibility,the consciousness of honesty,the sense of service and dedication,which will provide theoretical guidance for building the system of agricultural enterprise moral culture. |
