政治发展进程中的政治稳定分析

社会的现代转型向其政治体系提出了政治发展与政治稳定的双重目标。二者具有正、负两种相关效应一方面，政治稳定是政治发展的前提和保证，政治发展是政治稳定的内在要求和推动力；另一方面，过分强调政治稳定则会窒息政治发展的生命力，而某些情况下的政治发展也存在着诱发政治不稳定的可能性。政治稳定面临着政治发展进程中若干不稳定因素的严重挑战。因此，应积极探求政治稳定的包融机制、凝聚机制、吸纳机制、互动机制，以创造政治发展的良好环境，更好地推动其现代化进程。

An Analysis of Political Stability in the Course of Political Development

Political stability is the prerequisite and guarantee of political development while the latter is the intrinsic demand and driving force of the former. Nevertheless, an undue emphasis on political stability will lead to the loss of the vitality of political development while political develop- ment endangers political stability in certain conditions. Moreover, some unstable factors pose a se- vere challenge to political stability in the course of political development. Therefore, in order to create a good political environment for political development and drive its modernization forward, it is necessary to probe into the mechanisms of containment, cohesion, assimilation and interac- tion applicable to political stability.
