| 摘 要： | 我国新世纪的社会主义政治文明建设处于社会主义初级阶段和全面建设小康社会阶段双重历史方位。全面贯彻实施宪法是社会主义政治文明的一项根本任务,也是贯彻十六大精神的一个重要战略决策。我们要根据十六大要求搞好政治建设,落实政治体制改革的各项部署,不断增添政治文明的新成果。

| Abstract: | We are building socialist political civilization in the new century that includes two historical periods, one for the primary stage of socialism and another for construction of a well-off society. Overall implementation of the constitution is a fundamental task for realization of socialist political civilization and an important decision for acting in the spirit of the 16th Patry's Congress, Political civilization stresses on construction. We must do a good job in political construction, carry out various plans for restructuring political systems for making new achievements in political civlization. |
