| 摘 要： | 针对甘肃省经济发展的整体特征,该文选取2009年甘肃省14个市州的数据,采用因子分析法——聚类分析法,对甘肃14个市州的发展水平进行实证分析,依据实证结果可将14个市州发展水平划分为发达、次发达、一般和落后四个发展梯度,针对不同的梯度提出了缩小区域间发展差距的对策和建议.

| Abstract: | According to the overall characteristics of the economic development of Gansu province, this paper selects the data of the year 2009 and empirically analyzes the development level of the 14 cities （prefectures） of Gansu province through the principal component-cluster analysis method. According to the empirical results, the ld cities（prefectures）are being divided into four developmental categories： the developed, the under-developed, the general developed, and the backward. Based on the differential categories, this paper puts forward the relevant solutions and suggestions to narrow the regional gap. |
