| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the resource exhausting pattern, the author elucidates the ecological issues of Huangshi, a resource-exhausted city, and puts forward the relevant solutions including the specific environment treatment, strict environmental permitting threshold, ecological compensation mechanism construction and environmental economic policies improvement to realize the environmental protection during the transformation process of the resource-exhausted city of Huangshi. |
