内地与香港毒品犯罪之立法例分析比较

毒品问题已经成为世界各国和各地区的社会问题,为肃清毒品的危害,各方政府均采取了不同的措施。香港也曾是毒品的重灾区,但就目前的情况而言,其毒品涉案数量正逐年减少。笔者认为,除全方位的禁毒宣传外,其严密而有效的禁毒法网功不可没。
