| Abstract: | The ideological work at university is now facing both new chances and challenge. In view of this situation , some concepts of management should be transformed, leadership strengthened, new rules found, and the working methods renewed. All of these should be conducted in combination with the promotion of quality education and the improvement of teaching and management system at university. The target of improving the ideological work at university is to make sure a sound transformation, development and stabilization of university work. |
