| Abstract: | The rule of autonomy of the will is a important rule on the international commercial arbitration .This article analyzes the meaning of the rule of autonomy of the will and the necessity of establishing this rule in our arbitration system .The author puts forward the suggestions on legislative perfect of the rule of autonomy of the will according to the improper limitations of this rule on our arbitration law. |
