| Abstract: | Intensification of social contradictions and problems give birth to in-house security emergencies,which poses threats on the staff’s life safety.The effective prevention and control for in-house security emergencies of institutions calls for efforts to establish channels of communication and coordination,collect routine information,enhance the pre-warning capacity and entrust security staff with police power. |
