| 摘 要： | 竞争是律师组织和律师不愿谈论和感到害怕却又无法回避的现象 ,但在有限市场、无限竞争的现实社会中 ,律师组织和律师所参与的竞争活动已经非常普遍 ,所有的律师组织和律师个人都在思考竞争的问题 ,都要承受竞争的压力 ,都在千方百计地运用自己认为恰当的策略、方法和手段去争取竞争的主动和胜出。所以 ,对律师的竞争问题进行研究不仅具有理论上的意义 ,而且具有实践意义

| Abstract: | The competition is what neither the lawyer organizations nor the lawyers would like to talk about. They are fearful to it although they cannot avoid it. In the real society of limited market and unlimited competition, it is pretty common that the lawyer organizations and lawyers take part in the competition. So the research on the competition between lawyers has both the theoretical and practical meanings. |
