党委与人大关系的历史考察

The Historical Review of the relationship between the Party Committee and the National People's Congress

To study the relationship between the Party Committee and the National People's Congress,we need to review the historical process of the engendering and developing of the system of National People's Congress.The Communist Party is the designer,constructor and leader of the system of the National People's Congress,while the National People's Congress is where the legal bases lie for the Party to be in power.The two bring out the best in each other,and gain mutual promotion.In China,the Party and the National People's Congress exist in harmony and unity,working together for the promotion of realizing the people's interests and developing society,and accumulating much valuable historical experience.Whereas,there still exist some weak links in the relationship between the Party Committee and the National People's Congress.We should envisage these weak links,keep abreast of the times,pioneer and innovate,and standardize the relationship between the Party Committee and the National People's Congress.
