| 摘 要： | 按照北京市委“弘扬北京奥运精神、加强领导干部作风建设年”整体部署，结合“保增长、保民生、保稳定”的形势任务及城管执法工作“与群众接触最广泛、同群众利益关联最密切、了解群众呼声最直接”的特点，从2009年3月份开始，北京市城管执法系统深入开展了“察民情、顺民意、解民忧”为民实践活动，通过对各基层单位的经验做法进行梳理总结，归纳为以下五个方面。
