| 摘 要： | 城市中的各类突发事件的不断发生,其危害越来越大,对各级公安机关交通管理部门的工作压力也越来越大。加强突发事件的交通组织与安全管理,对减少突发事件对社会的影响,提高社会效率,保障交通安全是极其必要的。

| Abstract: | A variety of road emergencies occur frequently on urban roads,which exert enormous negative effects and lead to increasing work-related stress of traffic control departments at all levels.Thus it is of vital importance to traffic organization and safety management in road emergencies should be enhanced so as to minimize adverse social impacts caused by them,to boost social productivity and to ensure traffic safety. |
