| 摘 要： | 为确保实现＂平安亚运＂的目标,社会各届应当广泛参与,强化社会治安综合治理,尽力做好亚运会期间风险防范工作。作为最为激烈的球类比赛容易使球迷观众产生亢奋情绪而导致越轨行为,因而社会各方要通力协作,加强情报信息工作,实行超前预警机制;加强安全检查工作,切实做好现场保卫;加强宣传教育工作,引导观众文明看球,防止发生球迷越轨行为,以保证赛事安全顺利地进行。

| Abstract: | In order to realize the goal of ＂Peaceful Asian Games＂,people from all walks of life shall widely participate in the risk prevention work during Asian Games and strengthen the comprehensive management of social order.Ball game as the most intensive game can easily make speculators or fans give way to high emotions,which will lead to deviant behaviors.Therefore,different sectors of society shall coordinate with each other,strengthen information work and implement alert mechanism in advance. |
