| 摘 要： | 目前在我国,偷越国(边)境活动愈来愈猖獗,不仅严重破坏了我国的出入境管理秩序,而且危及到了我国社会治安的稳定。造成这种状况的主要原因是偷渡人员的文化知识水平低下,容易受拜金主义、享乐主义等思想的影响,法律观念比较淡漠。公安司法机关应从消除偷越国(边)境犯罪的诱因入手,加强出入境检查和对边防口岸的管控力度,加强国际协作,加大打击力度。
