| 摘 要： | 我国60岁和65岁以上人口已分别占到总人口的10%和7%,人口老龄化进入一个新的阶段。而我国的养老保险制度却很不完善,尤其是农村养老保险制度几乎是个空白。如何及早建立和完善这方面的制度,是我们现阶段必须特别关注的重大理论问题和现实问题。

| Abstract: | Aging in China is entering a new phase with those of 60 accounting for 10% and 65 for 7% of the total popu1ation.Nevertheless,the endowment insurance in China far from sufficient and scientific.What'smore,there is hardly any endowment insurance available in rural areas.It is high time we explored, in theory and in practice,how to set up such a foundation to offer and improve our insurance in the rural areas. |
