| Abstract: | Police culture is policing education of the people and civilization of the police. The more civilized police become, the better relationship between the people and police it is. Currently, we should comprehend the police culture from the viewpoints of philosophy to provide spiritual drive and intellectual support for constructing a three-dimensional, all-round police culture. |
