| Abstract: | The social transformation resulting from modernization has been making all-round alteration to the economic, political and cultural systems in Chinese society, thus continuously reconstructing the structure and the meaning of national cohesion. The national cohesion is different in essence from traditional concept. There are various kinds of reasons for reduction of national cohesion in social transformation. Social transformation has put forward new requirements for national cohesion. |
