| Abstract: | Perfecting the system of news and public opinion supervision, stimulating news media's supervision over the society,especially public power,is an important symbol of the state civilization and social improvement. China should go further to perfect the system of the supervision which shall be of great significance to achieve the aim of " ruling the country by law and constructing the socialist legally ruled state ". |
