| 摘 要： | 鉴于我国犯罪构成理论对犯罪构成分类的复杂性,为简化犯罪构成的分类,将犯罪构成的结构类型分为基本的犯罪构成、修正的犯罪构成、复杂的犯罪构成和消解的犯罪构成四个方面,从而对犯罪构成的结构类型作出了新的阐释。
