From 16th NPC to 18th NPC:CPC’s Theory and Practice in Constructing A Harmonious Socialist Society

After 20 years of reform and opening up, facing with complicated conflicts and problems both at home and a- broad , China＇s reform has entered the deep water phase at the beginning of 21st century. In order to tackle with these issues and promote a better social development for China,CPC （Communist Party of China） has set forth the goal of constructing a har- monious socialist society. The proposal of constructing a harmonious socialist society has went through a developing process, which demonstrates CPC＇S on--going maturing cognitiqn in constructing a harmonious socialist society. The construction of a harmonious socialist society is not only a target,but also a process. CPC has adopted a series of policies from various perspec- tives endeavors to construct a harmonious socialist society.
